I was treated as royalty from the time I entered the office, Aaron taking x-rays, Matt seeing me and ALL the nurses. Dr. Schwartz could not have been more personable and professional giving me the time I needed to ask all of my questions. I was 100% satisfied and would highly recommend this group to anyone.
Time spent in the waiting room is minimal, less than 15 minutes for each of my 3 visits. Likewise, x-rays were quickly done. Time in patient room was about right for a busy orthopedic practice. Overall, time spent there was a lot less than I expected. Dr. Swartz & his PA,were very clear in their explanation of my problem and what it would take to fix it. Would not hesitate to call on him if future problems arise or recommend him to friends/family.
Dr. Jeremy Schwartz is so willing to answer questions; he is kind and thorough. His office always gets back to me quickly when I call. My experience with him has been excellent. Matt (I think is a PA) is also phenomenal. He has given me 3 cortisone shots with minimal discomfort. I highly recommend them.
Provided detailed information in a pleasant manny. Did not feel rushed.
Dr. Schwartz is very thorough and takes time to explain all treatment options available. I am very confident in his knowledge & experience.
