I've been seeing Dr. Graff's office for the past 2 years and he is the best. One summer I had such terrible pain in my right foot that I could hardly walk to my job. Fortunately, Dr. Graff's office offered walk-ins so I set an appointment that day. My first time to visit this office, a female doctor helped me. I went to Dr. Graff’s clinic about a year ago because they have many positive reviews. After Dr. Graff saw my problem, we agreed to have surgery. I provided my insurance information, I made my deposit, and after a few days the billing department called me to inform me that my copay was high because the deductible was not met, so I requested to wait until the end of the year. Great experience with Dr. Nguyen and the wonderful nurses. I went in with a very deep wound on my calf. She handled it perfectly. She cared about my fear of debriding the wound. It was all handled perfectly and made a bad situation very bearable. Everyone at Dr. Graff's office is amazingly kind, so it's honestly a pleasure to go there.
