I can't understand how anyone could give this doctor a negative report. Every GP I've seen since moving to Manassas almost 20 years ago has highly recommended him and I have nothing but praise for him myself.
I would highly recommend Dr. Kriger to my friends amd family.. My condition was explained in detail and my options explained for me to choose. The staff was helpful and informative in addition to greeting me with a smile. Always a plus!
I've never been to a podiatrist before and it was a good experience. Front desk is friendly, assistant as well. Very helpful. Dr Kriger took time to listen to my concerns and took care of my offending nail quickly and painlessly. I would recommend.
The worst customer service I have ever seen from a doctor's office. They focus on making money rather than caring about patience. My insurance company claims that I owe only $6.15 . I told Dr. Kriger's office that processing insurance claims takes time, but they threatened me to go to collection because I was over 30 days late in payment. I had to overpay $240 and $10 late fee. I will never ever go to this office again and I do not recommend to anybody.
