My family was seeing Dr. Littlefield for years, but have recently moved to another doctor. I always feel rushed during the exam with determining which lens is better. He is very impatient with children as well. They also double bill my vision and medical insurance which causes me to have to pay extra on the medical.

They were always present and attentive Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Yes Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room. Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment
