Customer service 5/5 Jackie responded quickly to my inquiry and penciled me in last minute. Unfortunately I could not make it to the appointment, but initial customer service alone was on par if not better than other clinics in the area. This is also the only place I’ve seen that offers galvanic/blend methods of electrolysis.
Jackie is the best! I'm super sensitive and she has been nothing but patient with me She has a very strong understanding of the science behind electrolysis and so can make intelligent adjustments to her process to make it as painless as possible! 10/10 would recommend
Jackie is a great electrologist! She is skillful, personable, and has been very dedicated to helping me meet my electrolysis goals. She creates a welcoming and comfortable environment. I always enjoy our sessions, and the results have been amazing!!
Jackie is great. She makes me feel very comfortable through the lengthy process of facial hair removal. She provides a very clean and safe space for her customers. She's professional but pretty funny too.
Jackie is just fantastic! Personable, friendly, discreet, empathic, and responsive to input! Electrolysis is electrolysis — it’s never nothing, but she works hard to get the experience as efficient and tolerable as it can be! After trying a few different laser technicians and then trying out Jackie for electrolysis, I’m never touching laser hair removal again. Wholehearted recommendation!
