Amazing customer service!!! stopped in on a Friday and was able to talk to Jamie about what I was looking for and my must haves on my list:) looked at a few and by Monday she called me with the perfect camper for us!!!! she was amazing to work with, not pushy, sweet and fun!!! we love our new trailer and thankful for the wonderful customer service we received there!

Jensen's went out of their way to fix our trailer when it was in Cadillac for the week. Our friends borrowed the trailer and the AC broke under warranty. Jensen's made several trips out to get it fixed while it was still in Cadillac!! They have won a customer with us!!

UPDATE; they have fixed it and my grandparents are so happy Grandparents just recently got a new camper from here and they wanted to charge us for license plate bolts. First trip with the new camper did not go well... the bench to the table broke because the supporter was not in the studs. Lasted about 10 min. Can't sit at bench now - The Dodds
Great people and great service. Jill and Dave are awesome. Would recommend Jensens to anyone looking for a RV, or looking for service on their existing RV.
