We purchased a new camper & picked it up July 1st. After a trial camping trip, it needed some adjustments. Everyone was pleasant & so helpful. The service was outstanding & they have gone beyond & above our expectations so far. We appreciate seeing how much they take care of their customers & will definitely recommend to friends & family!!
We took our camper in for services and repairs after having it for more than 6 months at least 1/2 over what was supposed to be done wasn't. And was winterized by them 1 broken pipe not covered.
Friendly staff and expert service. They went above and beyond to service our RV this season. We are very satisfied with our experience.
Not sure why a bag of RV leveling blocks are $56 here and $28 everywhere else. Pretty sad. Won’t be back.
Great place to get camping supplies and a wonderful trailer we get to enjoy
November 2018 my husband sideswiped a telephone pole with our 5th wheel. Shortly after that we brought our camper into Jensen's for repairs. Unaware that they were closing for the winter as we we're never told. We were however told that we would have to find someone else to do the body work as their body guy was closed for the winter, no big deal we found someone willing to do it and handle our claim for us.
