they get me in and out most of the time a few hours ahead of time if I dont make a appointment.
It took 1 1/2 hours to do a oil change and tire rotation. I tried to save time by having an appointment, that didn’t happen. I will probably not go to this shop again. This should of only took 1/2 hour. Hopefully the work that I paid for actually got done.
Moved to Nebraska from Maine and wasn't sure on mechanics, so we decided to try Jensens out. We're glad we did! Everyone that we came in contact with was so very nice and willing to help. Granted one of our cars needed more work than we thought, and they were willing to wait for us to come up with all the money and did not give attitude because we didn't happen to have $2500 on hand. They were able to check out both our cars on the same day that we called. I would recommend them to friends, family, and even strangers.
