Yesterday I ran over something and heard the pop. Luckily I was less then a block from my mom’s house. Before I even opened my door I could hear the air escaping my tire. My dad patched it up but said he didn’t think it would hold and I’d need a new tire. So I went to Jensen Tire (42nd and 370) thinking I was gonna be out the cost of a new tire. Dang. Told them the deal. They came back and said there was air escaping the patch so they cleaned it up and repatched it—no charge! Quick and courteous service. Thanks Jensen Tire!
Great customer service. They’re always up front with me. I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of because I’m a woman.
I’m here working from East Texas for about a month. My 2nd day my power steering pump went out in my truck. That’s my only transportation to the jobsite. I took my truck here and they had it back to me within 24 hours. They kept me informed of the process the entire time. I highly recommend them. They saved this Texas guy.
