I live in CO and visit my daughter in Elco. This is my daughters favorite Jeweler They are always willing to go the extra mile to help you. We have never felt pressured to buy anything. They want to get what you like and feel comfortable with what you buy. Since I live out of state they do repairs and and sizing and will send them through the mail.
My hubby wanted to spoil me so went into Jensen and splurged. I got a ring and necklace set that are absolutely gorgeous! The sales girls were so lovely and the goldsmith was able to resize my ring same day! We will be back every anniversary! 🤭
So I inherited my great-grandma’s jewelry (like, a whole collection), and obviously it means a lot to me. I took it to a few places to get cleaned and yeah, they did a decent job—but then they were like, “We have to ship it out for repairs.” Absolutely not. Got my engagement ring sized, and even browsed and made an in store purchase. I am satisfied with the in store purchase and how helpful the salesperson was! However not with my personal ring sizing issue. I was told by the salesperson it would be done and shipped within the first week of July, (1 week after purchase) then even got a message from them saying it was done and would be shipped asap.
