Great customer service. I have taken two watches in for batteries in the last couple of weeks. New batteries in them and it doesn’t cost me anything. How good is that. Thanks Jensen Jewelers.
Stay away from this place. Biggest rip off. I purchased a ring from here and the ring I bought was priced at around $6000. They said there was a student discount for half off so I ended up paying $3200. Great deal right? Wrong. My engagement ended up not working out and I took it to another jewelry shop to sell it and they said that the appraisal was off and he only offered me $500 for it. Never again will I shop with Jensen’s they are terrible.

Not only does she understand what your needs are, she makes you feel like family and has a genuine professional personality which makes you come back, again and again! In fact, everyone at the Billings store is amazing! If you need a custom piece in mind, Rod is the man. His knowledge of all mediums is amazing and you won't be disappointed.
