RecommendedI got my wedding band from Jensens. I also got my fiances ring resized from there. I enjoyed the energy in the store and how nice the staff were as well as the quality of the ring I received.
Jensen Jewelers in Rexburg has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Me and my fiancé was lied to by multiple employees. First one being Stephen. The second one being Samantha. Then my fiancé was lied to by manager Austin. Then Austin treated us like little kids saying we didn’t understand and he was trying to break it down for us. Then we was suppose to hear from a guy named Allen but still no word from him. And to top it all off still no ring. I wouldn’t go back to them for nothing. Worst place ever.

RecommendedThe sales staff in Rexburg understands their clients. Not pushy, just honest and oh so easy to work with. Cameron helped me with a watch purchase for my teenage son and he loved the choice. She asked lots of questions to help find the perfect fit. Additionally, she ended up helping my son a few months later choose a Mother's Day gift for me. I am a bee keeper and he picked a lovely gold chair with a honeybee. They are simply the best.
Liars about the payments, they didn't tell me about all the extra little fees they tack on either like the credit insurance and piece of mind plan. Pushy salesmen too.
