Mike Jensen cannot handle complaints and acts as a child when there is a legitimate complaint from a customer. After performing a poor job with a delay and overcharging us for a water heater, he started harassing me on Yelp calling me names and asking to remove photos and the review. He proved me many times that he has does not care about his customers and only cares about his bottom line.
I hire Mike and his company to do two jobs: Wood flooring in my upstairs, and deck my attic & install a set of stairs. They moved items out of my attic and helped me move furniture around in the upstairs, prior to starting work. Inside of three days, all work was done! Ahead of schedule and on budget. The price he quoted in comparison to the work and service, exceeded my expectations!!! I have delt with Jensen Interiors for a few years now and they go above and beyond to take care of their customers. This is a great company with great people.
I bought some carpet from Lowe's for the bedrooms in a house I was remodeling . They just so happen to be the subcontractor to lay the carpet. The guys were excellent and very precise about not scratching up the freshly painted walls when laying the carpet . They pretty much precut everything and took it in a piece at a time. They were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. We love our kitchen now. All employees were a pleasure to work with.
I love my new bathroom. The shower is amazing, and they did a great job with the storage.
