Worst place ever to go, twice I've made an appointment only to wait forever, sure, they take you back to the room on time, then wait for at least 45 min. The last time I walked out after an hour & 15 min waiting for the Dr. Here I am again... Been here since 10:12, appt @ 10:30, nurse came in to let me know they were running a little behind, ya think? I've been sitting waiting for someone to show up, now 11:15, so why is it they make appointments? They no longer take walk ins to expedite the visit?? No improvement Ay all. Ti... read more
Waited close to an hour to see the doctor. Front desk staff are rude.
Dr.Teng is a nice and amazing Doctor!!! She is my son's pediatrician, always listens to our concerns and explain everything to us, recommend her!
Appointment 3:30 for my grandmother. We show up at 3:15. They take her blood pressure then sent her to the waiting room while calling every other person in the waiting room. Kids workers elderly all called back treated and released in the time we have sat here watching nurses chit chat and walk right by us. The time now is 4:44 at posting this. They close at 5. Horrible place for even a cold
I can get appointments on the day I need to see a doctor.. Not next week or two weeks away. I usually get right in and out.. I love Marlene.. She has seen my last child for the last six years. I would recommend this doctors office to anyone.
