My family loves Dr. Jensen and his whole staff! I have been searching for a doctor like Dr. Jensen for a long time: someone who tries to get to the root cause of issues and not just cover the symptoms with meds. Couldn't be happier to have found this office! Contrary to other reviews, I haven't had any negative experiences with Dr. Jensen or his staff. Everyone has gone above and beyond for my family needs.
Today Dr Jensen’s family practice denied my 89 year old Mother-in-Law Medical Service. My wife took time off from work in order to take her Mom to see Dr Jensen. I loved having Dr Jensen as my doctor over the past 4 years and found him knowledgeable and easy to talk to. His staff is another story, they are unprofessional, heartless & cruel. The staff here are so horrible and unprofessional. Went there for emergency (with an appointment) and they turned my 2 yr old son away with an obvious eye infection. There response was "this is not an emergency room". Embarrassment to health care! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
Waited close to an hour to see the doctor. Front desk staff are rude.
