Great experiance – Bought a pistol on Sat from these folks. Individual that worked with us was also helping at least two other customers. Very busy but all questions were answered. While waiting for paperwork to clear we looked around the store and were asked if we needed assistance a number of times. We were able to get aditional questions answered about accessories that would be useful. Great store and wonderful people.

Idiots! – So I called ahead of time to let them know about a brand new never fired 9mm gun I wanted to trade in, they said bring it down we don't have many and that is one we would be interested in. So walk in the door, told them why I was here, they took the gun to the floor manager who said he wasn't interested. I said I just called they told me to come down and that they were interested??? Satisfied Customer – I live out of state and emailed them for a price on a gun I wanted. They emailed me back with the quote. I sent them the payment and FFL from my dealer . Six days later I have my gun. Couldn't be happier.

Jerks with attitudes. – I’m glad there is a forum for getting the word out. Last year I went there to purchase some ammo. There was an Asian guy working there that farted as he walked by be and laughed and said, “Good one.” I guess since he had a visible firearm on his side he thinks he’s superman. I wonder how good he really is? And then, to make matters worse, I inquired if there was a military discount on the case of ammo I was buying. If you want service- Go elsewhere – I've been in Sales for almost 20 years, and I agree with someone who made an earlier post. They said if gun sales weren't hot right now, they would be out of business. I bought a pistol from there, and the price was OK, you'll be better off getting one at a gun show. I will go there only as a last resort, and you had better know what you want when you go in there, because the help is probably on straight commission. i was looking at a stock for my AR-15. JA ok for me – New to firearms, I have been checking out shops in N. Colo and I've enjoyed my tour of front range dealers. After reading some of the reviews for Jensens, I had passed them by initially, they didn't sound too good to work with. Eventually, I stopped by their shop and I am glad I did. My experience was quite different from those who have been bashing the customer service, enough so that I had to take the time to come back here and write this review. Understandable Criticisms... – ...BUT If you are looking for purchasing or looking for firearms or related products (except reloading equipment), these guys will likely have it and definitely know what they are talking about. I went several times initially and found similar sentiments as some of the negative reviews. But if one can get their entitlement views out of the equation, these guys are very good at what they do and know what they are talking about. Jensen Arms - no respect – Nice gun shop but but get ready for some Very rude people. Not everyone is rude The younger fellow Shay is a good guy Ray was a no nonsense guy some say rude but I liked him.He is gone now.The two younger girl's are nice.The rudest person was Bob's sister she went back east.That was two down and it was a bit better for a wile. Jensen Arms - the place to go to be ignored – Wow, nice disparity between 1's and 5's. Either you love these folks or you feel like second class citizens when you visit. I have actually only done business with Jensen arms only once, but have attempted on three additional occasions.
