I have been to Jensen arms a few times and have had no problems, i have purchased a glock 20 on layaway and when the new glock 40 hunter mos came out ,they allowed me to switch my purchase without any problems, they do seem a little lacking when it comes to making you feel warm and welcome, however its a Gun shop not tea time with some bleeding heart liberal! I'm puzzled by the negative reviews and wanted to weigh in. I've been a Jensen Arms customer for the past couple of years and everyone in the store has always been helpful and friendly. They've handled transfers for me, sent a damaged firearm back for warranty service (at no cost to me), ordered in non-stock items, and treated me like a friend. Their prices are always reasonable and they've been willing to match prices on some high dollar items I've found a better deal on elsewhere. They've earned my business.
These people are clowns. Went in today to purchase a couple of holsters and a pistol. The little man behind the counter had quite the attitude. This is the 3rd and final time I will ever go there. They all need to learn people skills. They treat you like an idiot. Try Liberty Arms in Fort Collins, they talk to you like a person and the prices are much better.
The bald-headed manager needs a 16 week course in Dale Carnegie's: "How to Win Friends and Influence People". Until then, I won't be back.
You need better service. Felt invisible.
Best Tactical Shop Around – This is my favorite gun store that I have visited over the past 20 years!!!! The staff should all be commended on their knowledge and level of customer service! Great selection, horrible customer service – First and foremost I have bought from Jensen's before because of their vast selection, but never will again. Very few times have I went in and had what I would consider a good shopping experience. Getting someone to help you is usually a hassle, then if you do get some help they're rude. Best Gun Store in NoCO – This is simply the best gun store in Northern Colorado. I went in there for the first time a couple of years ago with no experience at all with guns. I was treated great and Bob and his team have taken the time to teach me a lot - even when the store is packed - about guns. As far as I'm concerned, that's top customer service.
