Jenny Brady was incredible to work with. She helped us sell our home and buy an older house in the historic district of St. George, which came with a lot of quirks and questions. If she didn’t know something, she didn’t guess, she dug in and found answers, which we really appreciated. She was always responsive, kind, and just genuinely enjoyable to work with. We felt totally supported the whole way through. Highly recommend!

Jenny was perfect, she was well informed and educated on what we were looking for, she had our days well organized so that we could like at as many properties in just a few days as possible. Jenny went out of her way to help make sure I was happy with my purchase and everything went smoothly. Purchasing a home locally is hard enough, but purchasing a home site unseen from across the country was insane. She made sure to FaceTime the home for me, set deadlines so I had time to fly out to see the home and still walk away without losing my earnest money if I didn’t like the place and also helped me thru inspections that didn’t turn out as I had hoped.
