First time being there I was pleased at first; however, was changed with quickly with a rude remark from the owner that could of been handled a smoother way.
Awesome cookies For my daughters baby shower!! Sent her a picture and she made them perfect. So many compliments on them. Not only were they beautiful the tasted great.

Literally the best cafe in the town and city of Manitowoc. The drinks are always good and the food is always good. They literally have the best of everything here. Big selection of food and drinks. And the staff is very friendly and it’s a quiet place and a good atmosphere. I would recommend this place to anyone. Best cafe in Manitowoc!!!!!!
I've been coming to Jenn's for what feels like forever and have never been disappointed! I can always count on fast, friendly service. If you need baked goods I wouldn't recommend any other place! Now they have switched to eco friendly straws and have a choice between paper or corn (my personal favorite, feels and looks like plastic) so you can find one that works best for you.
Who needs a frappuccino when you can get an amazing Shock Therapy? Plus you can support a local business instead of a giant chain! The service is great, the deserts are yummy & the beverages are always the best! Thank you to everyone at Jenn's for making my rough mornings easier!
There is something magical about the bagels!! 100% best coffee in town, and I LOVE that I walk in and almost anyone working behind the counter remembers exactly what I want without even asking! :)
