Employee was very rude as soon as we came through the door. I did not get friendly vibes at all! I wont ever go back there!

Wow Amber before you can throw stones I’d encourage you to talk with members of different charities that we’ve worked with. I don’t go out of my way to advertise the good we do because we do it gracefully and not to gain attention. I’d also encourage you to speak with my employees who get paid above minimum wage, holiday bonuses and more all things I’m not required to give but do because I appreciate them. Lastly I’d encourage you to stop in and speak with me in person if you want to know the kind of person I am.
Definitely my favorite place in Manitowoc! Delicious coffee and treats, relaxing atmosphere and great hours!

Extremely unwelcoming to my sister and our kids after a cold field trip. They asked us to leave because we weren't buying enough and our kids had not had time to finish their pbj's on the field trip. Kicked out because we wouldn't buy lunch from them. Very dissatisfied with their management. Thankfully we ended up with great service at The Manitowoc Coffeehouse.

All businesses have policies. Our policy is not to allow carry in foods. We don’t make exceptions. I’m sure there was no problem with the amount of items you purchased. I’m glad that there are other places you can bring in your own food, Jenn’s Java is not one of them.
Our small cake and cake shooters for our wedding were delicious! Everybody loved them and the display was perfect. Thank you!!
