I've been here for over 10 years. I've never had any major problems with Sky. All maintenance requests have been taken care of promptly. The grounds are kept up neatly. The only problem I have is the tenants that don't pick up after their dogs is disgusting, and people that don't throw their trash in the bins properly. None of that is Skys responsibility. This is not just an apartment to me, this is MY HOME..

I moved into apartment F13 expecting basic habitability, but almost immediately it became clear that the unit had not been properly prepared for new tenants. Right after moving in and seeing the overall condition of the apartment, I requested a transfer to another unit. That request was denied, and to this day I still do not understand how or why a transfer was refused when the problems were so obvious and documented from the beginning. Lots of issues with the apartment won't fix anything ever. Threaten and assess fines for everything. Won't maintain the grounds. Safety concerns abound with this park. Swimming pool has loose broken concrete around it kids come out with cut up feet from the loose snd broken tile/concrete. The stairs are a hospital visit waiting no anti-slip grip and warped board. There is constantly a mess with broken glass and other debris by the dumpsters they use 8 foot tall dumpsters with doors on the side that stick constantly. They rar... read more
