Lots of issues with the apartment won't fix anything ever. Threaten and assess fines for everything. Won't maintain the grounds. Safety concerns abound with this park. Swimming pool has loose broken concrete around it kids come out with cut up feet from the loose snd broken tile/concrete. The stairs are a hospital visit waiting no anti-slip grip and warped board. There is constantly a mess with broken glass and other debris by the dumpsters they use 8 foot tall dumpsters with doors on the side that stick constantly. They rar... read more
LONG STORY SHORT—THEY DO NOT FIX ANY ISSUES YOU HAVE. THEY HAVE TOLD ME SEVERAL TIMES THAT THE POOL WOULD BE CLEAN AND ABLE TO GET IN. AND THIS IS HOW IT LOOKS. IN THE DEAD HEAT OF SUMMER.
LONG STORY SHORT: sky property management will try to squeeze every last cent out of you. if you don't mind being symbolically violated with a broomstick made of exorbitant fees and incompetence, then this place will be perfect for you. LONG STORY: 1.) they charge $20 to every tenant if ever the dumpster area is dirty. residents do their part to clean but the apartment complex isn't a gated community, so people from surrounding areas (like the trailor park) come and dump their trash and make a mess. the residents get blamed ... read more
