Didn’t realize until the day before that my kids appointment was not with a dr. She went to the appointment hoping to get testing for her high risk family history of ovarian and colon cancer. She was treated as normal risk - no pap until 21 and given birth control and a referral for genetic counseling. Copay was $50 should have been $40 according to card. Waste of time. The nurses were very friendly and listened to my concerns. When setting up my appointment the nurse found me an appointment but it was months out due to the policy of me not being see in the last 5 years, I was considered a new patient. The nurse without me asking kept looking for notes on the last time I had seen Jennika. She found I a note that was dated within the 5 years and called me to reschedule my appointment to a sooner date.

I had such a wonderful experience. I am going some issues with my other gyno and I found these wonderful people from the time I arrived to the time I left I felt heard I felt like she cared very knowledgeable very caring with the situation I am in. I would recommend anyone here. Thank you very much for the great experience I had with you all. I left there feeling a lot better about my situation so once again thank you.
