I had a similar experience with good doctor with a terrible staff! She was highly recommended by Dr. DeTulio (GP). After dealing with the office staff, I vowed NEVER to go to that office again!!! More bad reviews than good ones here.
Had a great visit with Dr.Zaitz. Her medical assistant Megan is also wonderful! Highly recommend!
I have been referred to this Dr office by my Primary care dr. When attempting to make an appointment, GRACE the medical assistant told me that my blood work was normal and that I wasn’t an urgency to be seen. Hence the fact that my blood work readings and symptoms displayed urgency. I had no idea Medical Assistants can determine that decision, especially considering the Primary DOCTOR referred me to this facility.
