I can't believe she made D Magazine best dr list. She must have paid to be on it. She is rude to patients. Never explained why my '2 stiches nothing rotator cuff surgery' had me unconscious for 7 hours. I woke up covered in pee. Worst doctor ever. That was 2020. Now 2025 looking for a new surgeon to fix what she messed up.

Would have preferred an mri of my wrist before OT referral and a $1000 bill for services that were not working. Also bsw OT is not where I would ever choose to go again. I would walk across hot coals than do that again.

I get clinics on 8/12/2024 My wrist get worse Cyst of the Right Wrist, I get pain since I get treatment in her clinic,I can’t sleep pain from my wrist until my shoulder. Worst treatment I get whole my life. I don’t know how can I treat my wrist too much pain And I want get my money back

I had my first visit with Dr. Jennifer Y. Chu in 2021, initially seeing her PA. Since then, I was hesitant to return due to my fear of painful infections (I have zero pain tolerance).
