My visit with Dr. Chu was excellent from the time I checked in until I had completed the treatment of my painful thumbs. Everyone I encountered was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Chu was very personable, and her expertise and skill were top notch. Given my diagnosis, I know I will be returning for follow up treatment and I will have no concerns in doing so.
This Dr. is very rough and rude! Ive had several surgeries and injections throughout my lifetime and I have to say, the treatment I received from her was nothing like before. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a doctor so impersonable!! I received one injection from her a couple of years ago and I noticed then that she seemed a bit cold.. but, I thought maybe she was just having a bad day (as we all do sometimes) so, I gave her another shot (being that she has my records and history from before) but, as rough as she was with me to... read more
I can't believe she made D Magazine best dr list. She must have paid to be on it. She is rude to patients. Never explained why my '2 stiches nothing rotator cuff surgery' had me unconscious for 7 hours. I woke up covered in pee. Worst doctor ever. That was 2020. Now 2025 looking for a new surgeon to fix what she messed up.
Would have preferred an mri of my wrist before OT referral and a $1000 bill for services that were not working. Also bsw OT is not where I would ever choose to go again. I would walk across hot coals than do that again.
