I had a most excellent experience at the Baylor Scott and White orthopedic Associates in Plano. From the moment that I walked in till the moment that I walked out, I felt like I was in really good hands, and everybody was very kind from the receptionist to the x-ray tech to the nurse to the doctor. I cannot stress how pleased I was. I was made to feel welcome and I left with good information. I even found my birthday twin!
In and out smoothly. Did not feel rushed. Nice office.
Dr Chu and her staff in Plano and Dallas are all awesome. This is my second surgery with her and she is great!!
