Dr. Cross is GREAT but her office staff are poor. They have messed up every element of care for my husband including confirming an appt. with Dr. Cross and then denying he had an appt with an 80 mile roundtrip. NOTE incorrect phone number on her website! Misinformation re records and tho ladies are friendly they lack skills at front desk. The doctor deserves better.
Need to work on customer service, advertising medicaid accepted, on phone would not confirm or deny .
