I just want to write a little review and critique that really hits home to me because when you were showing me a few homes in the Marina Penninsula, I had just lost my house in the Palisades fires, and I found you to be extremely dismissive and abrasive. Your lack of compassion of my current situation was very disheartening. I’m not even sure you are aware of it, but you were very un empathetic and I would never recommend you.

Jennifer was professional and helped us with a complicated transaction due to an estate sale. Jennifer and her team helped us close this deal. She is responsive, smart and helped buy our property for a great price. All of her referrals have been helpful including a banker and electrician. As a resident of Marina Del Rey, since 1987 I knew the name Portnoy as her mother owned Portnoy Reality for many years until her retirement. Her mothers' office was on Pacific Boulevard with a sign proudly displayed two blocks from my first apartment on the Peninsula. Jennifer was born and raised on the Peninsula. I first met her around November of 2022 when she successfully leased a unit for one of my neighbors.
