I had made an appointment and was nervous due to past issues I’ve had with other practices, my own history and medical issues. Jennifer took plenty of time going over everything with me, answering my questions and making me feel comfortable. I did need to come back into the office about 3 weeks after my initial appointment for a colposcopy to check for abnormal cells and while not a pleasant experience, Jennifer made sure to explain each step as she was performing the test and let me know how quickly I’d get answers. I waiting some time to get a yearly gyn appt and was thoroughly disappointed with Jennifer Martin's lack of attention and display of genuine concern. There was a student Np who came into the exam room first. She introduced herself, was warm, and asked questions that one would expect to be asked during a yearly gyn exam and r/t the many medical history forms that I had to complete.
