Dr Walker is our pediatrician. We cannot say enough good things about her, her staff, and her practice. They reach out to confirm appointments ahead of time which is great when you lose track of days with a newborn. Her practice is in a nice building with lots of windows. When you arrive at her office the check-in and scheduling staff is friendly and the wait to be seen is always brief. Took my daughter here Thursday 05/06 as she needed a physical for school & I honestly would not recommend her for anyone’s child!!! Her whole aura is like “I’m just here to do my job” instead of “I really love & am concerned about a child’s health & well being!” If you don’t want your child vaccinated she will tell you to take your child elsewhere...vaccinated or not she is in the healthcare field & knew what she was getting into having to deal with many different people & illness/religions, etc, so maybe being a doctor is n... read more
Dr. Walker is very friendly, personable, professional, and thorough. She explains things in detail and is easy to communicate with.
When I had my son, Dr. Walker was the pediatrician on call. We'd originally had another doctor in mind for our baby's primary care physician, but after she did his initial wellness exam, we decided to stick with Dr. Walker and we couldn't be happier. She immediately noticed a severe tongue tie and recommended that it be corrected, which also explained a poor initial latch.
