Once again Jennifer URCH was excellent in explaining in detail my questions. Such a relief.
I would’ve given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the rescheduling of an appointment troubles i went through. To top it off they texted me back and said “What number have you been trying to reach us at cuz we don’t have anything with your number on record” when clearly I tried calling, leaving voicemails for 3 consecutive days! And the number was the same one so it was correct. The only reason why i’m even giving it stars is cuz the doctor was great despite the appointment setter being so rude.
