Very warm, compassionate, and knowledgeable. We haven't seen her very often but every experience has been glowing which I feel is important for a specialist doctor. My only gripe is how Umass processes their visitors with scanning your ID but that has nothing to do with Dr. Yates.
Had a very complicated kidney and part renal vein removed.I don't take blood or blood products.She did a excellent surgery with the help of Dr Shanzer .I would recommend her.If I had to have it done I would definitely have her .
