I was referred here to see Christopher Ruland as I had some discomforts surrounding my body and I wanted to get a professional opinion. He showed up 40 minutes later than the appointment time, gave me a small speech about how he can issue me injections for my hip and refused to answer my questions about my back and knee because I initially chose to be seen for my hip even though I was forced to choose an area for insurance purposes. After years of being a loyal patient of Dr Hertz and Orthopedic Specialties, I can no longer tolerate the front office and their rudeness. I recently called after visiting an urgent care with a broken finger. The finger was curving in an alarming manner and I needed to see or at least tall to the one Dr, I trusted with my hand care.
