I was referred here to see Christopher Ruland as I had some discomforts surrounding my body and I wanted to get a professional opinion. He showed up 40 minutes later than the appointment time, gave me a small speech about how he can issue me injections for my hip and refused to answer my questions about my back and knee because I initially chose to be seen for my hip even though I was forced to choose an area for insurance purposes. After years of being a loyal patient of Dr Hertz and Orthopedic Specialties, I can no longer tolerate the front office and their rudeness. I recently called after visiting an urgent care with a broken finger. The finger was curving in an alarming manner and I needed to see or at least tall to the one Dr, I trusted with my hand care. Dr. Luk helped fix my ruptured achilles tendon with little to no scar! Also had the pleasure of interacting with the owner Dr. Hertz when I was waking up from anesthesia and she was so kind to send home her nurse as I was waiting for someone to pick me up from surgery. The entire team at Select Orthopedics knows what they are doing, has clear concise explanations, and sets expectations. Highly recommend.
Alex did a great job! I got a Quick and clean cast. He was very gentle, I felt no pain.
