Alejandro was very detailed and pleasant. Dr Gallo excellent. Good visit
I called Tyson Eye in the morning to report a foreign particle in my eye. I was seen almost immediately by Doctor Gallo who was able to remove the offending speck from the inside of my upper eyelid quickly and painlessly . I couldn’t have been more pleased when I left Tyson Eye with eye drops in hand and a pain free right eye .
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Gallo, the staff, and Tyson eye. They were friendly, professional, and efficient.
We arrived 15 minutes early and I was taken into an exam room 10 minutes later! Ana, the ophthalmic technician was friendly and helpful. I use a walker and she assisted me in getting into the chairs. Pleasant conversation with her helped me relax. Dr Jennifer was charming as always and we had a nice chat about animals before she divulged my results. Dr. Gallo and the staff at Tyson Eye are always friendly and very professional. I’m happy we found Tyson Eye as our eye care provider after moving to Cape Coral 5 years ago. I highly recommend them.
I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. Easy check in and very short wait time.
