First Visit to Northwest My first visit was excellent. The receptionist was very nice even when I asked some questions. Mindy, the hygienist was very kind and thorough. Dr. Frankel was very professional and I liked her so I'll be glad having her watch over my mouth and teeth in the years to come. Susan

New patient First time going to a dentist in over 5 years had a very good experience from the time I walked into the door to the time I left the receptionist was great the dental hygenist was great and the dentist was great made you feel very comfortable and at home I will continue going here and having her as my dentist thank you very much

Went in for a new crown and probably had the best procedural experience ever. Dr. Frankel & her assistant Michelle worked so well together, explained every step of their progression and exercised a level of care and tenderness that I never would have thought possible. Great experience and I just can't wait to go back! (well, that may be stretching it a little. LOL)
