Unprofessional! Cant be bothered with patient concerns/complaints. The enire staff is Unprofessional. Forced to arrive 20 minutes early to wait an hour. Refused other patients for being late. Doing vitals in the public lobby. Asking out loud what they weighed instead of weighing them themselves. Not easily accessible. Parking across the street. Full lobby. Heavily overbooked. The hold patients accountable but refuse to be accountable.
