Excellent first visit. Very personable, exceptionally professional. I am very comfortable with her as a provider and confident that she is providing me great care. And this was when they were short one provider for the day and she was helping to shoulder the load of a missing provider.
Under the circumstances with only one Doctor, Jennifer did all she could to see the backlog of patients. The care and concern was exceptional!
As always Jennifer was charming but after being asked to arrive 30 mins early, the actual appointment was an hour late - I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half. Not happy!!!
Jennifer was awesome! But the wait time is too long and the temperature in the office is too hot. It was miserable in the waiting room.
