They're very flexible with their appointment times. Whenever I want an afternoon appointment, they're able to get me in, and whenever I want a morning appointment, they're able to fit me in as well. It's great not having to rearrange my schedule at all. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Did this psychiatrist use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this psychiatrist thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. They didn't treat their staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. I couldn't believe that they would charge that much for a single appointment. I'm still paying it off.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Was this psychiatrist's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
