Every time I go there every one is so helpful, and professional. I would trust Charlotte Agnone to remove my eyes and replace them. She definitely knows what she’s doing! I was getting close to not being able to see over my nose, (cataracts, and glacouma) she fixed me right up, now I ONLY use cheaters to read.
People are nice but they have 2 doctors 55 helpers and they triple book their slots with older people . We sat there for 3 hours almost every other time we go there . It's a long wait always !!! Old people sitting waiting forever!!!
Doctors and workers are great, the wait time however is not. My first appointment I waited over 30 mins before I was taken back, only to wait more for the doctor. I was there almost two hours. My second appointment was supposed to be a 30 min contact fitting. I waited an hour and ended up having to leave and reschedule. I never saw the doctor.
