I am very disappointed with my experience. It is important to respect patients' appointment times. Every time I have an appointment, I end up waiting about an hour past my scheduled time. If the office cannot keep appointments on schedule, they should either allow more time between appointments or call patients in advance to let them know there will be a delay. Patients' time is valuable, and it's frustrating to spend so much time waiting without any communication. I hope they improve their scheduling and show more respect f... read more
