Dr. Hertz and her staff are incredibly amazing! I've had a few surgeries before the one I was assigned to her for and the doctor and her team made everything so much more pleasant and easier than what I had experienced prior. I also had a lot of issues with my insurance, but Dr. Hertz and her team were relentless with providing me the care that I needed. Dr. Hertz listens and assesses with kindness and patience.
