Bad office communication. Doesn't listen to parents. Wastes your time then refers you someplace else. Save your time, energy, and money and just go someplace else in the first place. It is my opinion that Dr. Burkitt is lazy and more interested in doing what is convenient for herself then for her patients. She should train her staff to provide better information over the phone so that parents dont take off work to take their child there only to hear a different story when they get there.
