Recommendedi wasn't a patient, but my Grandfather was. Unfortunately, he passed away yesterday during this awful COVID-19 pandemic from an unrelated illness. Due to hospital policies, understandably, no one was allowed to visit to be there in his last minutes. Thankfully, Nurse Erika and a couple other nurses not only cared for him in his last days, but allowed my mom and I to talk to him on videochat the night before he passed. Absolutely the best care you could imagine!!! Major operation with the compete help of everyone I was dismissed in just 2 day's. From admissions to Prep room to operating room to Doctors-Nurses- Food personal- my stay was brief, but everyone was a Professional!!!!! Thank you PHX
Went in emergeny room today with throbing pain in my leg. Everybody there from the receptionist to the doctor was fantastic.i was born in this area in 1961. This hospital has got alot of grief. Some justified and some not. Good job by Tower Health and good luck in the future! Place really being updated and will be a force in the future!

This is the worst hospital. Appalled by lack of coordination, plan of care, communication and treatment of patient's family. IF my father survives his stay, we will never use this hospital again.
