Did a great job getting my husband back on his feet. Everybody was friendly and took care of all needs. But then he came home and his family doctor before even seeing him cut his pain meds in half and decided he should see pain management to help with pain. They were suppose to call and they didn't. So you go to this wonderful place and they get you back on your feet and your family doctor makes it worse. Highly recommend this place. Great care!!!!
I would never recommend this hospital for any child. The treatment of black & brown skin is horrendous. Take your babies anywhere else

This so called hospital sent my child home with a broken leg, bone completely displaced and told us to follow up with someone. We did, CHOP that day, and they told is she should have been brought in ASAP via ambulance the second Pottstown saw her X-ray . Pottstown couldn’t get past the fact that my daughter had two moms so they sent her home untreated. Shame on them! Never again!

my time there was horrible. ct scan results never followed up on showing multiple problems & they were never addressed or rechecked or treated. when asked to schedule appoint with the actual doctor instead of the nurse practitioner i got a letter a week later dismissing from going there again.
