The billing dept. is killing me. Was told 3 times, 3 separate months that there was a hold on my bill due to incorrect coding and that it was being figured out. Called last month and was told it was still sitting there not yet reviewed with the new coding and that she would push it to where it needed to go. Was told there was still a hold on that bill. The wait is about 30mins but the treatment is so long. And the room smell poop and we have to smell it for more than 5 hrs. I would never go again!! The first time and the last time!

Worst ER hospital I have ever seen in my life. Even worst Africa hospital is better than this place. I have been seating here for the past 5hrs with my sick baby. Can u imagine how terrible this place is! I mean sick baby. I saw parents leaving without been seen. This is pathetic. I miss @cincinnati children hospital. I miss everything about Ohio. RecommendedToday my child was scheduled for a minor surgery. We spoke to someone yesterday regarding the fact that I just adopted her and didn’t have the decree and i was told that was ok. I get here this am and of course it was not ok. Finally a woman named Karen Vogel came up and told me she would take care of the situation and she did. Thank you so much for that!!!
