Jenn met with me at each strategic stage of the sale; she also responded quickly when I needed further clarification. Jenn became a friend that I could count on. This is my third transaction with Jenn. She took the time to listen to what I wanted in my next home and when we looked through listings, she made sure to point out things that I had forgotten in the excitement of looking i.e. what's around the neighborhood, can I access transit, etc. At the 7th showing, I said "this it it"!
