Looking for homes was effortless with Jenn. Being a first time home-buyer Jenn made sure to walk my husband and I through every process. She had the utmost patience with us when there were questions and was quick to respond to our texts and emails. Jenn even provided us great tips for negotiations and we couldn't be happier with the results. We'd definitely recommend Jenn to anyone.
She showed us an agreed-upon 5 properties. When none would work, she showed another one she thought we’d like....and we bought that one. She is delightful as well as being very knowledgeable and a great communicator. She is very attentive to details. She will get the job done and you’ll enjoy the process!
Jenn's terrific! My sister and I both relocated to the Richmond area and we met Jenn by chance. She helped both of us find places that perfectly suited our needs. I am particularly grateful because I was in New York an unable to handle things myself. Jenn handled all of it. I didn't have to worry about anything. I contacted Jenn because I saw how quickly she sold a house in my neighborhood. Jenn did not disappoint! My house sold in less than 24 hours (Short Pump area)! She provided additional staging materials free of charge and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. She worked around my schedule and always scheduled appointments around my availability. She has even followed up with me months after my sale! I would highly recommend her!

Jenn was absolutely wonderful to work with--she has lived in the Richmond area for 20 years, so knows the area very well. I was a first time home buyer with NO experience in choosing or purchasing a home.
