We had an amazing experience with Jenkins Restorations during a very stressful time for our family. My wife was pregnant, and we were dealing with unexpected repairs. Jenkins was incredibly responsive throughout the process, keeping us updated with weekly status reports. Their team worked diligently and efficiently, striving to complete everything as quickly as possible. We truly appreciated their professionalism and commitment to helping us during this difficult time.
I had a good restoration experience with Jenkins Restoration. Although it took over two years (06/2022 - 12/2025) to complete, 95% of the delay was due to inspection requirements by the DOB (dept of building) of DC. The District of Columbia is very difficult to work with as far as getting building permits and in this instance, they required a total of six inspections (electrical, plumbing, etc). This company was great! They came out on time, did exactly what was promised, were very polite, and I'd definitely recommend them. Our project involved a broken water pipe, and they removed the affected flooring, no issues at all. 100% recommend them!
Alex managed my project today and I must say he was really professional. He called me before arriving, kept me posted of what they are doing with the carpet, answered all my questions very politely, and then let me see the finished work before they left. I highly recommend Alex!
