Just left the down town location and customer service was HORRIBLE........ I waited 45 minutes in line for one half of a chicken sandwich even though my order was taken in the line I still had to wait at the window. When I asked if she could add another half of a chicken sandwich I was told I had to go through the drive through line a second time for it.......I have been going to Jenkins for over 18 years and unfortunately the food quality and service is at a all time low...... I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!
Waited 30 min for my order and still got raw chicken and cold. tough ribs didn't feel like driving back up there but a lesson learn first time experience this I used to love Jenkins
