RecommendedI've was going to Jenkins when there was only one on Kings road. I lived down the street from it, back in the sixties. Any time I'm in town I will go there to reminisce just like family to me. Love the hot sauce.

Tried them years ago, $10 for a tiny pork sandwich, frozen fries and left hungry. Last night I returned only to be told they were out of pork?! After I recovered from shock, I ordered the more expensive rib sandwich. Those were some pathetic ribs. Tiny, overdone and left hungry again. The baked beans were more like dessert with a ridiculous amount of brown sugar. I couldn't make it past two bites. Hope I don't get a cavity. Also, no condiments or napkins anywhere in the whole restaurant.

Old School classic BBQ at it's best! If you appreciate a great tasting mustard sauce and don't mind licking those fingers, well this is the place for you! Don't let the outside fool ya! Take a Rib Sandwich or A half chicken home with you and enjoy! I've been eating at Jenkins for over 20 years and the taste always takes me back to my childhood!
I live in orange park and everytime. I go downtown or damn near everytime i just pass by jenkins i have to stop by and get me a Rib sandwich (thick_end) with some fries topped with my favorite sauce. Jenkins is a legend and his sauce is the perfect blend of herbs and spices. I love it. Ty keep his tradition alive!
