This place is the bomb. My parents took me and my sister a lot when we were young. When I got older it kinda slipped my mind for some years and I rediscovered Jenkins about 4 years ago. Been hooked again ever since. Very good service and the food is always tasty and good. Love these folks !

The Jenkins downtown in jacksonville florida has the worst service I've ever experienced. The lady workin up from was a bitch. I will never go there I didn't even get a chance to eat because they took to long to take my order . That whole building is filled with ignorant ass ppl!!!! Don't eat there !! #fuckjenkinsdowntownjax

I've was going to Jenkins when there was only one on Kings road. I lived down the street from it, back in the sixties. Any time I'm in town I will go there to reminisce just like family to me. Love the hot sauce.
