Ruined my battery when they had my vehicle for over a month and refused to do the right thing and replace it! A battery just doesn’t go bad on a vehicle less than 30k miles…..

Never again...this is a state farm "select service" shop and I don't know who's more to blame- state farm for being associated with them or Jenkins for doing body work that I'm confident I could match in my garage at home (with almost no body work experience). First time my truck was there for a week or more, there was paint chipping on the corner of my fender that I believe existed before someone backed into me which required the body work to be done. Jenkins Ford Collision has fixed my vehicle twice and my husband's vehicle once, all due to deer strikes. The other reviews surprise me, because they've always provided me with updates on how long it would be, via emails with a day estimate, and anytime it's been delayed I have received an updated estimate. The last time we used them, the only delay that seemed to happen was the insurance pushing back on what Jenkins said was needed, so that's no fault of their own. I drove 2 hours just for them to refuse to give me an estimate, told me they would only take insurance estimates and not give their own.
