Terrible customer service, overpriced, bad hours. Definitely much better places in the area. Go somewhere else if you care about your money and customer service. DO NOT recommend.

Had been dealing with AC issues for weeks while temps were in the high 80s with high humidity. The dealer I had gotten the vehicle from had looked at it and said it was fixed but it definitely wasn’t. Since I’m leaving for Dauphin Island - I wanted the AC working so I called Jenkins. I called at 8:05, dropped it off at 8:30, and by the end of the day they had discovered that the previous dealership had overfilled the AC (which that dealership claimed to have double and triple checked).
